As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored.
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no influence over. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes what data is processed when you visit ha-fleet-manager.com. A separate privacy policy applies to the app at app.ha-fleet-manager.com, linked from inside the logged-in area.
What we process
This marketing site sets no cookies, loads no analytics scripts and no tracking pixels. We do not build profiles. During a normal visit only standard server logs (Nginx) are created.

- User agent (browser identifier)
- Referrer (if sent by the browser)
Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring operations (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Retention: 14 days, then deletion.
Theme & language preference
When you switch the theme (dark/light) or the site language, your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so it is remembered on your next visit. This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The data centres are located in Germany.
External fonts
We use "Geist" and "Geist Mono" as self-hosted fonts (our own WOFF2 subsets, no third-party calls). No font files are transferred to third parties when the page is loaded.
